Great plastic tub. Can be used for mant things. Easy to use.

Needed this as an emergency hospital tank for my goldfish, as be hurt himself and needed separating from the main tank. It works well. No cracks, isn't the clearest plastic ever but it is do-able. No assembly required as the little plastic panel comes already installed in the lid. The lid stays on well.

Arrived quickly but sadly damaged

We decided to watch the life cycle of frogspawn, and used this tank. It worked really well, was robust and secure for the little froglets. Great size for having on the kitchen side for a few weeks, and the lid with ventilation kept them nice and secure. Would recommend as a great little habitat.

I saw many of the reviews prior to ordering. I noticed that many remarked on the item arriving with scratches thought in their opinion, not to be caused in transit? Well, l can agree with them, this does appear to be the same in my case. It was well wrapped and no damage to the packaging, inside the box the tank is actually sealed within a polythene crimped/taped top large bag. But mine still manage to have a scratch in the centre of one long side, which meant this would be either the front or back of the tank. As this tank was obviously dispatched in this state, I would have normally returned it for a replacement had the tank been required for display purposes. But in my particular case, it was to be used as a temporary hospital tank, so basically as long it didn't leak, it would be fine. But be aware, and check it over if you decide order one? if enough of them are returned perhaps a review of the quality control measures may be adopted. It is a shame, because it is certainly good value for money. Considering its only plastic it really is a nice looking little tank without those ugly seams, as is usually the case with cheap plastics these days? It really would make an excellent part of a fish keeping starter pack? especially as its plastic and not glass, making it a much safer option, in particular for a younger child.

Stick insects are very happy

Arrived in great condition. Just a warning for anyone as silly as me who didn’t realise it was intended for fish and larger insects, it will not work as a cricket pen. I learnt that the hard way! crickets everywhere 😂

Como se ve en la foto, yo lo uso de transportin para un hamster sirio/dorado/común (en España), en este caso es una hembra que mide unos 18-20 cm de largo. Y como se ve en las fotos, lo amarillo es un pequeño comedero donde le dejo algo de pienso y el tupper donde está dormida era uno con un poco de arena de chinchilla para que hiciera sus necesidades, aunque en este verano la a usado mucho para dormir sobre ella, aprovechando que estaba fresquita. Aunque tenía más de medio transportin para también dormir fuera y lo ha hecho. Siempre le he puesto algún mordedor y demás para entretenerla. Si es para un hamster de este tamaño, cuidado, por que llega de altura, si se pone de pie. En mi caso solo un viaje lo hice durante 1h de noche y se notó k estaba más inquieta. Pero el resto de viajes que e hecho este verano con ella, que han sido unos 8. Al haber sido 7 de mañana, se la paso durmiendo la mayoría del tiempo y en mi caso no se mareo, en ninguno de los 8 viajes. En mi caso mi hamster no necesita agua, en todo caso le ponía alguna verdura que tomar, fresca y con eso le valió. Eran viajes de 3h cada uno. La calidad de los materiales es excelente y al solo tener mini agujeros arriba mi hamster no ha podido agrandarlos ya que no puede meter los dientes (a mi parecer es el mejor de los 3 que ha usado, de hecho le tuve que comprar este por qué el segundo aunque grande tenía los agujeros de respiración a su alcance total, en los laterales del transportin, y como eran de 0,5 cm de ancho, por ellos podía meter los dientes y los fue agrandando todos. Lo mismo le pasaba con el que me lo regalaron, el primero, además de ser muy pequeño para él [por qué pensaban que me regalaban un hamster enano y no lo era y se estresada mucho estando en un lugar tan pequeño], por eso compré el segundo el cual ha quedado 🤦🏻‍♀️...para emergencias si se rompe este, que espero que no. No es fácil de romper ya le he dado un tortazo que otro fuerte y lo ha aguantado). Buenos materiales y buena calidad.

Auf der Suche nach einem Transportbecken für meine Fischnachzuchen bin ich auf dieses Transportbecken (large) gestoßen und habe es insbesondere wegen der großen Grundfläche gekauft. Beim ersten befüllen musste ich jedoch merken, das nicht nur in der Abdeckung Luftschlitze vorhanden sind, sondern das die „Riffelung“ am Becken auch bereits solche Schlitze sind. Daher lässt sich das Becken nur bis zur Hälfe befüllen, wenn man es für den Transport nutzen will. Ansonsten besteht die Gefahr, das Wasser (insbesondere während einer Autofahrt) austritt. Das Becken benutze ich daher aktuell nur als Not-Aufzuchtbecken. Dafür ist es allemal zu gebrauchen. Außerdem ist der Trenner zum aufteilen des Beckens ist auch ganz praktisch. Daher immerhin zwei Sterne. Den Handgriff suche ich übrigens heute noch. Dieser war für mich allerdings nicht wichtig.
