Should have gone with Plantronic to start. Burned through 3 cheap Chinese sets here that promised the world and failed to deliver. This headset is great with two reservations. Sound quality is crisp and clear. It is balanced and the tones rich. The ear cups are comfy but the are open, so you will hear the noise around you. They became comfortable for longer term wear when I bent the headband stays to put less pressure on the ears. The noise cancellation is TOP TIER. My teams tells me they cannot here anything of my shop background, and I love that. I added a wind sock to the mic to keep people hearing me breath. Well worth the little bit extra I paid.

I've tried make other brands and models. If you don't want to deal with the unreliability or cost of Bluetooth (especially cheap by headsets) AND want a very lightweight, comfortable headset AND want frankly surprising noise cancellation from the mic* AND didn't want to spend a lot AND want sound good enough to listen to music, then this is the best balance of the aforementioned characteristics that I've found. Poly (formerly Plantronics) is one of the top three brands that specialize in headsets for communication and it shows. Quality feeling materials, ear pads don't degrade. This is the second set I've bought (first broke due to my fault). Like that I can use with USB or 3.5mm Jack. Like that cord doesn't tangle. * Other side can't hear my dog barking etc

This is an update to note that the seller has not responded to my concerns. They did not offer a replacement, a refund, or any attempt to resolve the issue with the defective headphones. -Disappointed, the headset sits very loose on your head, not snug to your ears, and the noise canceling does not work well. I may have received a lemon, but it is disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it, per the headset I received. The packaging was really nice, and the case it came in was good.

Received my unit. It was clean and new. I downloaded the Poly app for my laptop and upon connecting the headset, it advised me of a firmware update. The update process took about three minutes. I've been using it regularly ever since with my Dell work laptop. Seems to work quite well and have had zero issues. The headphone covers are very comfortable. They're perhaps a bit small but it doesn't bother me. The headset fits well even for my large head. I haven't tested the noise cancelling but have had zero negative comments about my voice quality. The volume control unit does kind of get in the way but it's manageable. For the money, I think it's an excellent value. FWIW, I have no trouble using the headphones for listening to music. Music reproduction is excellent.

Quality Audio on both ends of a call! Comfort is maybe a 6/10!!

I purchased this headset specifically for remote customer service work, as the product description and reviews promised excellent noise-canceling capabilities for background sounds including dog barking. Unfortunately, it did not live up to these claims. I tested the microphone using Audacity to record audio while my dog barked in the same room. The headset picked up every bark clearly - the noise cancellation did not filter them out as advertised. While the headset did successfully filter constant background noise (like my furnace running), it failed completely with sudden, sharp sounds like barking. Pros: Comfortable for extended wear Good audio quality for listening Filtered out constant background noise (furnace, humming) Easy plug-and-play setup with multiple connection options Cons: Microphone noise cancellation ineffective for loud, sudden sounds (barking, door slams) Did not perform as advertised for pet owners working from home At $60, expected better performance If you work from home with pets and need reliable noise cancellation on the microphone, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. This may work fine in a quiet office environment, but it won't solve the problem of filtering pet sounds during calls.

Works really well, no problems at all I use on a daily basis on MS Teams meetings etc, I had a cordless headset before and it failed a few times.This one never failed on me

マイク、ヘッドホンとも音質は十分だと思います。 コントローラーでミュートにするとTeamsもミュートの表示になりますが、ワイヤレスではないので使う機会は少ないかもしれません。 デスクに固定で使うのであれば、音質が優れているので適していると思います。一方、持ち運ぶ場合は、ケーブルが固くて取り回しが悪いのが気になると思います。

Although the packing was a lil squished but the product is very good I have to use it for long hours good thing is it does not cause heat on the ears (of-course i take it off in between and put it on back when i get calls) the cushion is very good quality i think it does most of the job to make it comfortable also the sound quality is also good i listen to music on it some times and it sounds way better than logitech or jabra that i was using earlier. Its not bose level but its much better than its competition.

Awesome headset for the price. Good noise cancellation and very light and comfortable. The software for Windows allow some extra features, but the most important thing is firmware updates. Definitely a very good choice.

Bought these for my work from home job. The sound quality is actually quite impressive on these! Also, the mic is very clear and is very good at cancelling out background noise - i had a full construction site outside of my window and nobody could tell!
