Highly recommend! This board game is meant to look vintage. It has everything that's needed to play this game (including instructions) all neatly organized in one large "book" that fits perfectly on a bookshelf! Great & smart idea, especially if one buys part of or all of this company's game collection. Fun to collect and fun to play!

Game night necessity
Bought as one of a series of bookshelf games for my son and daughter in law who have board game nights with friends.....they love them and use them frequently. We'll made....great look on the shelves

Great but really expensive
Whoever came up with this marketing idea is an absolute genius. The price is outrageous for a game we all have with a set of 5 dice. However, the book shelf idea made me just HAVE TO HAVE IT! I have bought 3 of these so far and I want all of them! So, I give it 5 stars for marketing alone. Made me buy it at an outrageous price.....

We love it!
This is a beautiful set. My dad loved Yahtzee so much so after he passed away I sent this to my sister as a gift. She said she loved it and played it all afternoon with her son. A year later I was still trying to convince myself I could shove my current Yahtzee game pieces in a book box and it'd be like having the same thing. It is not. This game has a pull-out tray with a nice padded cup to make rolling quiet and contained. The score pads are better too- the fill-in area is large enough because the sheets are folded in half in the pad. The instruction booklet is a durable folded cardstock with large enough, well-spaced font. There were no typos and it was easy to understand. My toddler loves this because she thinks she's playing by rolling for us. Great family game! I hope this company continues to make more of these Linen style book box games. I'd like them to bring Life back and consider doing Mousetrap. See pics and please rate if this review was helpful.

Great addition
Who doesn’t love a good game of Yahtzee with the family. I love that this can be on the bookcase in the den and blend with the decor for easy access on family game night.

This board game is simply gorgeous on my shelf. Ever since I first saw these editions, I knew I had to have them. Not only do they look beautiful, but they’re a fully-functional game in a compact box, allowing for more portability and space-saving in smaller spaces. They would be a great gift idea for students or people living in apartments. I have two of these games so far and hope to eventually own the whole range.
