Perfect protection, it does charge with the cover, but I expected it and it slips right off so it's not difficult to put back on. Looks cool too is a plus.

I don't understand how anyone would like this case at all. It came broken and even if it wasn't the design and material used is extremely flawed and I feel would break on one drop from how cheap the plastic is. also I feel like it would scratch the switch overtime like cheap cases always do to products.I wanted the full body feel to my switch and still be able to take of the joy cons off without worrying about taking a case on and off to dock. It seems at this point the best way is just get one of those heavy duty cases and just take it off and on as you please, same price and is just safer bet in my opinion.
