One of the fundamental concepts related to kids sports is increasing the number of touches your athlete has on the ball. This product hits that objective right on the money, allowing a simple, repetitive training mechanism that is possible within a closed environment or outdoors.While we've just started using the Solo practice solution, my daughter really enjoys it and has been on it each day with great results. It also works well just for practicing sets and bumps as well without having to chase the ball.If there's any thing I'm concerned about will be the strength of the tether as it is easy for the player to pull and yank the ball back increasing the risk for the tether snapping.Other than that, I'm really enjoying the device, it was shipped promptly, well packed, and as advertised. When the quarantine first began, I wasn't able to play volleyball much but after I bought this "trainer," it was actually really fun and easy to practice at home. It takes a while to get used to, but after you get adjusted, it's a great way to just practice bumping, spiking, serving, setting, and more. It really makes it possible to practice things like serves that you wouldn't normally be able to do alone, which is really great. It's very sturdy and flexible, which can actually be a problem when the ball comes back too fast because it can accidentally hit someone. But that's just a minor issue that can be avoided after you get some experience with the "trainer." The strap gets loose fast but is great for long distances setting and overhand serving!
