This is everything you guys need to know. - This product is very budget friendly - The taste is fine not too good not too bad so like good enough - remember it's not complete whey it have milk solids to as an way of protein - drink it with warm milk only. That's my personal experience. Drinking it with anything else makes it taste go bad๐คข - it's definitely the best whey protein if you wanna buy your first one and are tight on budget - Best for teens

I have used nakpro before but never got this kind of experience Cheap quality don't go for this it was leaving white particles after mixing I here showing a clear video of this

Good budget choice with a minor complaint
I've been using this for almost a year now and it's been pretty great. Muscle recovery has been pretty good and the flavour is also pretty decent( chocolate has a bitter after-taste but you get used to it) . Only complaint is that recently it's been giving me bloating and stomachache after drinking but it might just be due to change in my dietary habits as nothing of the sort happened before. Overall pretty good beginner/intermediate protein choice
