Pathetic Warranty Resolution Mechanism
My warranty claim was accepted, but I have not yet received either the replacement or the refund as requested by the company. Customer service is extremely poor and irresponsible. Complaints are not properly resolved, but they close them with false updates. Calls are put on hold, disconnected, or ignored, and the staff show no concern at all.
