Same as in physical therapy. Great quality for price.
Iโm using these bands for my home PT after torn rotator cuff surgery. Many have mentioned the colors they received were muted colors or pinks. There were color options when I ordered. Make sure you are selecting the correct option when ordering. Many have mentioned no instructions included for attaching the handles. Actually, when you scroll through the photos on the listing, there is a picture of the attached bands so you can go by that example. I have added a demo video based on the photo. Also, some have mentioned no strength stamped on their bands. Mine do have the strengths listed on each band. It is only on one side of one end of each band. Some customers may have overlooked the stamp. POSITIVES: They are exactly like the ones my therapist uses. They are clearly marked with their resistance strength. NEGATIVES: There are no written or diagrammed instructions INCLUDED for attaching the bands to the handles. You must refer back to the original listing.

Good for elderly people
Ordered for my very active 94 year old father. He likes them. Uses them while watching tv. Only thing he said was that have to remember to keep your foot angled so they donโt slide off and snap you in the testicles.

No directions
There are no directions for attaching the bands to the handles and there is no identification or instructions for a third piece made of similar materials as the handles. The bands seem very durable but I have to wrap them around my hands to do the exercises for my reverse-shoulder replacement.

Bands with no latex
Like these so far. Needed some without latex which is hard to find. Feels good and easy to use. Color coded to know which one to use.

Good while they lasted
The varying level of resistance made my go-to the medium band, which is yellow. Unfortunately it broke after six months of use. The other bands have very limited use/value to me. I think expecting them to last/work for more than six months. Is reasonable. I will be replacing with a set of bands from a different manufacturer. I suppose that you get what you pay for.
