Very disappointed with this purchase. I specifically paid for both the vacuum storage bags and the vacuum machine, but the machine was not included in the package. Additionally, the bags are not maintaining the vacuum seal properly and air keeps entering after packing, which defeats the whole purpose of vacuum storage. The product quality and packaging experience were not satisfactory. I expected better service and complete delivery as promised. Please improve quality control and ensure all ordered items are included before shipping

Overall the product is good but i thing u should jst get a vacuum cleaner cuz it is more versatile. It gets the job done but i think the price is a bit high
