Has anyone tried leaving the peel in the oven with the pizza on for a minute? Supposedly that will "release" the crust and it will slide off.

I don't think that's a good idea. You wouldn't be able to close the pizza oven door so you would loose the heat to bake your pizza evenly. Just put a little cormeal on the counter when you roll out your dough for a nice crispy crust on the bottom. You can also spray your pizza dough with a little Avocado oil or the pizza oven grate can be sprayed.

Does this fit into a cuisinart toa 60 air fryer/toaster oven?

Measure the oven opening and compare with the specs on this to see if it works for you. I use mine in the Cuisinart outdoor pizza oven.
