I typically run ODI, Troy Lee, and Ergon. Got these for my cruiser and these are solid for the money and feel well made. Not what I’d call soft but not too firm for bare handed riding. For Mountain Biking (downhill/enduro) I’d probably want lock on grips with two locking collars instead of the single that these have for safety and reassurance

My son absolutely loves these on his bike. The price was great and he says they feel good on his hands while he rides around. The grip is good they fit perfect the only thing was the screws and lock I wish they sent the Allen key that was needed because although I have a ton of various sizes this one I did not it was an off size.
