Miko Shiatsu Foot Massager Machine Deep Tissue Massage Improves Circulation, Blood Flow with Deep Kneading, Heat Therapy - Plantar Fasciitis, Neuropathy, Diabetics Fits Up to Size15

I have been very impressed with this foot massager. I used to run every day. About 15 years ago, I got plantar fasciitis in my left foot, and I have lived in fear of this flaring up again, especially after an 18-month layoff following my recovery from Covid. I started my return to running six weeks ago. I bought this machine to help keep my feet in peak condition & avoid getting plantar fasciitis again. It has exceeded all expectations. This is a joy to use. It is a robust build, and the numerous options allow you to tailor the massage to suit your preferences - including heat, roller pressure, and air bag pressure. The large swing handle allows many options on how you position the massager, to perfectly suit the individual's choice of angle. The power of the pressure applied, via the airbags, goes from 1 - 5. I have found P3 gives a pretty impressive massage; with that pain/pleasure depth to it, you certainly know your feet have been worked out. The air bags grip your feet and assist in pressing them down onto the 3 differently shaped massage heads beneath each foot. The airbags are inflated and deflated on and off during the massage, so you experience all sorts of different levels of depth of the massage. The massager also moves from side to side at intervals throughout. I tend to use this with the vibration off, though it also adds an extra level of workout. I tend to stay at P2. I have always thought these things were a bit of a gimmick, but this Miko has rid me of this view, this really gives a fantastic massage to the feet. The first few times I used this, I was completely exhausted afterwards, so I looked up Professor Google to see if this was a side effect of Shiatsu massage, which indeed it is. I try to use the machine once every day, or at least on the days I have run. I could not recommend this massager more highly. It is a joy to use, and you feel fabulous after your feet have been massaged.

Brilliant massager for feet and calves. Wider massage chamber is great for people with big calves. Releases tension and muscle knots. Well worth the money.

A very nice and strong massager. It did not make my plantar fasciitis go away completely but it eased it. It had reduced my claves clamps at night so I had been sleeping better. I find it standing the massager upright for the claves was not strong enough as you need to pressed your claves into it, so I laid it flat and sat on the floor and it worked much better.

My father has neuropathy and nerve damage on his legs. I bought a couple of foot massagers for him and none of them were good enough or working on his legs but this product just went beyond my expectations as he felt the massage on his feet and calves !!! I'll defo recommend !

Awesome massager lots of different settings from light to heavy pressure. I have size 11 uk and it would be fine with smaller or large sizes. Highly recommend

I bought this quite expensive item expecting it to last. I've had it less than 2 years with very little use and plugged it in as my feet were aching. It did not power on. Emailed the company to see if they can help and they said it is out warranty and to get lost. I would stay very clear of this company. Thanks

Id like to review/comment regarding my Miko 2 Shiatsu Foot Massager. I suffer from spinal nerve damage with a degree of paralysis in my right leg and foot from the knee down and some numbness in my left leg. This was caused by an accident 14 months ago Though I routinely work out these areas hoping to improve mobility there’s always numbness that’s muscle deep in places causing discomfort and difficulty in walking due to lack of nerve stimulation. The Miko 2 is a powerful muscle and nerve stimulator that can be quite intense but very effective. Areas I’ve had little or no feeling, suddenly became very alive with a pins and needles type feeling meaning hope returned. It’s early days, but I’m impressed with the results so far

Had this product for more than 7 months, its an excellent piece of equipment for foot massage and calf muscle massage. Highly recommend it.

6/12/2023 Updated review: David, who manages the customer service team and is a co-owner at Miko, reached out to me today by phone call to offer resolution to my issue. He presented a couple of options - a) send a new unit or b) provide a full refund. I chose option B since the massager functions still work - I just need to be extra careful when maneuvering the handle or moving the machine around. Initially, he only offered to refund the cost of the product and not tax since that was the max their system could offer, but he was able to chat with Amazon customer service to get the tax refunded to me as well. After our discussion, I received a full refund in Amazon credit within 2 hours. Additionally, he shared that the lack of response from the customer service team was likely due to the service ticket being closed so their system did not notify them of any subsequent messages I sent inquiring about a response, reassuring me that their intent is not to ignore customers' issues. Not sure why the ticket was closed since my issue was not resolved, but this explanation made sense to me and it may have been an accident. He also confirmed they have been low in stock on the replacement inserts, but to wait a few more weeks to receive them. I appreciate that he was willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was satisfied after learning about my frustrating experience. For this reason, I am upping my review to 5 stars (4.5 stars, but rounded up, since the product still had a mechanical/longevity issue early in its life). --- 6/4/2023 Original review: TLDR: The Miko foot Massager is a pretty good product, providing much needed relief after a long day on your feet. However Miko's customer service does not respond about issues. Pros: - Shiatsu rollers are strong, especially in combo with the air pressure mode which helps to hold your feet in place so the rollers can get in there deeper. - Heat function is nice. - Rotating bar makes massager suitable for feet, calves, and maybe even forearms. - Foot inserts are washable. Cons: - Customer service is not responsive. - Vibration mode is gimmicky. It doesn't provide anything extra other than being noisy. I always turn this mode off when using the massager. - The remote has all the same controls as the machine, but it isn't super useful since you have to point it directly at the massager without interference inbetween to work. You may as well use the machine's controls at that point. Overall I like the massager, but Miko's customer service is severely lacking and they do not honor their 1 year warranty. I registered the massager online to activate the warranty and inquire about a mechanical issue about 9 months after purchase. After registering, they offered a free set of replacement inserts which I thought was nice. However, I never received the gift or a follow up from them after providing my shipping information. I also opened a separate service ticket regarding the mechanical issue, where I reported that the rotating bar came loose from the connection point on one side. While this doesn't make the massager unusable, I have to be very careful when rotating the bar or it will completely detach from the machine and I cannot use the handle to carry/transport the machine at all. They asked me to send a video, which I promptly did along with the attached photos. Since that initial correspondence over 2 months ago, I haven't received a response from them and I tried following up several times. They have either completely ghosted me or are waiting for my 1 year warranty period to end next month so they can say it's out of warranty. Due to Miko's poor customer service practices, I would not recommend them or purchase from them in the future.

Totally worth buying it! It helps A LOT!

I had high expectations but was disappointment. The pressure is not organized and no way near a professional massage (I.e., following the anatomical lymphatic drainage). It’s average at best.

This machine really works well. It has lots of options regarding the available heat, pressure and types of massages you prefer. In addition to your feet, it also massages your calves. The machine offers great value and it comes with a remote so you can operate it from the comfort of your seat. I use this machine 2 times per day, every day and it does a good job of soothing my tired feet and legs. I recommend this for anyone who needs or would benefit from foot and leg massages.
