This Whisk Wiper absolutely works! It also prevents what you're mixing from flying out all over your countertops and walls! It needs to be broken in, so the first few times you use it, it will be tough to put on and take off

This works for a kitchen-aid tilt top mixer with a glass bowl. If you have the right mixer, it really works well. If your mixer is a little older and the whisk has gotten a little bent, you'll have to bend them back into shape for this to fit over them. But once you have it on once, it slides on & off fairly easily, but snugly. After taking it off the whisk, it is shaped perfectly to the contours of the bowl too. Makes getting most of the stuff you've just mixed all out of the bowl pretty easy. But you may have some disappointed bowl lickers. worth the money for easier cleanup.

I like the thought of being able to clean off the whisk to the KitchenAid, which always seems to collect lot of gradients. However, the cleaner was very difficult to get onto the whisk as you have to line up the wires, exactly, stand on its head, and hope, the wires go in the right place the first time. It took me far too long to get the cleaner on the beaters. I'm not looking forward to having to take it off and put it on again. The concept is good and well, but assembling it is very difficult. Arthritic fingers be warned it's not for you. After vendor saw my review I was contacted and they offered to send me another one as I had returned it. I thought that was very fair and agreed to try again after sending a photo of the KitchenAid I own. Not only did he send me another whisk wiper with instructions, they also sent me a brand new whisk for my KitchenAid and I discovered the original must have arrived bent and out of shape. It was fairly easy to put the whisper on the whisk they supplied and I was stunned to receive such excellent customer service and care. This is really a terrific little useful gadget that I will get a lot of use from and pleasure. I am simply overwhelmed by the quality of the service of this company that obviously cares a lot about its product. Buy it!

Great idea but makes it hard to use mixer while on. It blocks most of the bowl mine is the stainless steel) so you have to stop mixer and lift wise to add ingredients. Not the end of the world but part of what I love about the mixers that you can add as it goes.

I love it! I love gadgets and just started my baking journey. I am using KA 4.5qt, and this item works! They do have a simple instructions because well.. it's pretty simple to use! It is a bit snug for a reason, just enough to hold it in place and when removing it to get all the icing from that whisk, it definitely makes a lot of difference not wasting those delicious frostings. It works it just need a lil getting used to. Practice makes perfect! At 1st i also tried lubricating it with a little bit melted butter or ghee on the areas where its really snug,a thin coat will do. Til i got the hang of it.

I personally feel that this is crazy overpriced for a piece of plastic and silicone, but my wife likes it, so you know... happy wife, happy life. But I must admit, I've seen it in action, and it does work well. The plastic is thick, and it seems like it'll last a long time. Time will tell if the silicone begins breaking down and getting sticky, but right now it's working well. Cleaning is easy, and we just toss it in the dishwasher on the top rack. It doesn't take up much space, and fits my wife's Kitchen Aid Artesian model mixer's whisk attachment. Initially we had to kind of bend the whisk wires to fit inside this attachment because after years of mixing too-thick stuff, they got a little out of place. Getting it on before use is getting easier, but it's definitely the most challenging part of using it. Anyway, if your wife bakes and uses a Kitchen Aid mixer, grab her one of these and score some points. I hope this helps.

Works! Just need to install correctly! First, the silicone (squishy) part points down into the bowl. Second, the tines on your whipping hook need to be aligned perfectly. Two of the tines are larger & the other two are smaller. If your hook is out of alignment, this will help put it back! It took me less than 5 seconds to install. So happy to be able to clean the tines without losing time or product. Also, the edge of the device has the same curvature as my 5 qt bowl, so it doubles as a bowl scaper.

I saw this recommended by a baker and thought 'what a great idea'. So I purchased one for myself, and 2 more for my daughter and daughter-in-law. I bought myself the clear one and the girls each a red one to match their Kitchen Aid mixers. When I got it, I immediately tried to fit it to my Kitchen Aid whisk attachment. Right away it wouldn't go on easily at all. I had to manipulate the wires on the whisk attachment and try several times, practically having an anxiety/frustration attack. After mant attempts, I finally fit it on there, and I heard it crack. Along the edge of the plastic or silicone, it cracked in two different places. I have requested a replacement and hoping for the best for the three of us. I hadn't read the other reviews before ordering, and maybe should have, I couldnt imagine there being any issues, based on the video recommendation I viewed it looked like it came off her whisk so easily. Now I am left to wonder if I should just return all of them so I'm not out $60.

Efficace et solide

Not much to say other than it is extremely hard to get on and off the whisk and often doesn't clean the whisk properly either. Not to mention it doesn't fit my whisk very well at all. Total waste, don't make the same mistake I did.
