Pressure release not working at all.
Got 2 - 5 ton . both have the same problem . the pressure release is not working. thinking of returning them.

Not a useful tool
The pump has very small strokes, hence this tool needs a lot of pumping (around 50 to 70) to get it to the max height (very tiring to use) And even after using the extended head (by unscrewing the Jack's top) it could not fully lift my xylo back wheel. Since the Jack's max height is not sufficient for taller MUVs (works well for smaller cars and front wheels of bigger cars).

Does it's job well
A good tool to have in your car tool set. Does it's Job perfectly well. The only suggestion i would make would be to have longer length handles to pump up (do you can put the jack in unreachable places under the car). Also be sure to remove the air bubbles before the initial use by using the process mentioned in the booklet. And as always, never trust your life completely on any one tool alone..be careful if you are lifting a heavy vehicle using a jack and sneaking underneath it. I have multiple jacks and stands that I use to lift a vehicle if i ever have work under it.
