What a gorgeous knife! Now one of my favorites. I am a female with small to medium sized hands. This knife is well balanced and has perfect weight. The grip is comfortable and it stays very sharp. Worth every penny!!

Incredible Cutting Power—Handle with Care!
This is a fantastic knife that offers professional-grade performance, but users should be prepared for just how exceptionally sharp it is. In my experience, it has enough power to cut through chicken bone with very little effort, and it glides through vegetables effortlessly. While the sharpness is its greatest strength, it definitely requires a high level of respect and focus during use. I found myself becoming much more deliberate with my movements because the edge is so keen.
