This book is wonderful. I love it. I read the introduction chapter and it has given me positivity and inspiration already. I also read Arnold's Pump Club Newsletters, I love them too, they are full of knowledge about everything. I love Arnold's movies, serials, and motivational speeches and I am sure his book is wonderful. It is about success and effort, it is a real-life story and gives you wonderful advice for your life. And thank you Mr. Schwarzenegger for this inspirational book, and for all your efforts and work. I will keep this book all my life, it is so precious to me. Get to the Choppa ! Read this book! This book is mind blowing. Arnold cuts the fluff with his straight talking ways and beats 99% of business books out there. I first heard of this book when Arnold mentioned it on a podcast, my curiosity grew and I eventually purchased the book. The book is carefully structured and easy to follow so you can pick up where you left off easily. He provides true examples of his work and how he got to where he is. His ability to induce humour throughout also makes this an easy read. Arnold really provides you a blue print on how to start from nothing and make a name for yourself - whether that be on the big screen or within your community. The book covers how he got into bodybuilding and made it a success in America, breaking into Hollywood after being told no and his vision as Governor of California. I was shocked the book was not pricy at all. Especially when you compare it to most business books out there, which are almost double the price with no value. For anyone looking to change their life, either being successful in business, improving your health or just overall becoming a better person - this book is for you.

Man merkt, dass bei der Herstellung auf Details geachtet wurde, was das Leseerlebnis zusätzlich angenehm macht. Der Schreibstil des Autors trägt wesentlich zur gemütlichen Stimmung bei, die das Buch vermittelt. Man fühlt sich fast, als würde man in eine weiche Decke gehüllt, mit einer Tasse Tee in der Hand, in die Geschichten eintauchen. Diese behagliche Atmosphäre macht das Buch zu einem idealen Begleiter für ruhige Abendstunden. Jedoch gibt es einen Aspekt, der mich persönlich nicht vollständig überzeugt hat: das Cover. Obwohl es auf seine Art qualitativ ist, empfinde ich es als nicht besonders ansprechend. Es scheint, als würde es nicht ganz zur inneren Qualität und Wärme des Buches passen. Ich bin kein großer Fan von übermäßig gestalteten oder übertrieben auffälligen Buchcovern, da sie oft nicht die Essenz des Inhalts widerspiegeln. Zusammenfassend ist dieses Buch ein wunderbares Leseerlebnis mit einer kleinen Einschränkung. Die warme und einladende Atmosphäre, die hochwertige Qualität und der angenehme Schreibstil machen es zu einer empfehlenswerten Lektüre, auch wenn das Cover nicht ganz meinen persönlichen Geschmack trifft.

Simpatico, ben scritto, buone idee. Non ti aspetti che vengano da lui ma forse è proprio il contrasto con il personaggio per come lo si conosce dal di fuori e invece poi l'esperienza di vita che ha fatto che rende il libro ancora più avvincente.
