Taste fine, but the pieces were all stuck together in the container which made it impossible to get them out. The high strength ones are coated and did not stick together. I'll return to those next time

Hmmmm .. a friend recommended these and I can only tell you what I thought. They taste great and are easy to chew and swallow. As for any energy level change I didn't feel any change at all would I buy them again.. to be honest no I wouldn't.. But each to there own.

1 Star review due to containing sweetners that are not mentioned in the information of the product. Sweetners are a migraine trigger for me and taste terrible. These things are so sweet, they really didnt need sweetners & sugar. No idea if they work cause they have gone in the bin.
