Highly recommend this to people who have trouble waking up in the morning, and are immune to their phone alarms (like me).It works as described, and is very effective. To be honest, it has genuinely scared me in the morning a few times. I woke up thinking someone was screaming at me. It's very annoying having to get up from bed and chase after the alarm clock, but it definitely works. You have the option to choose either the alarm sound (quite robotic, like R2D2), the 'runaway' option, or both at the same time. I always use them both, for maximum effectiveness. It's very easy to set up, as the instructions given are detailed and adequate.The first alarm sent to me was faulty (no sound), so I contacted Amazon for an exchange, and got a new one in one or two days. Very efficient!

I suffer from hitting the snooze buttons of my alarms while still asleep, so this sounded like a great idea. If you catch this and hit snooze before it starts moving around it's still possible to stay in bed, but you'd have to be quick and quite determined to stay in bedPlus points:Great looking gadget in chromeFeels sturdy, and apparently can drop from 3 feet, though I haven't tried - I place mine on the floorI think it's weighted so that when it's off, the time is always facing upEasy to set, nice light blue backlightMakes funny and cute robotic noises - much better than a regular beep, and probably less likely to be slept throughThe only downside is the price for an alarm clock, but worth the investment to get out of bed, and I've never found such a fun clock! This is great but it really needs a battery indicator and a rechargeable USB battery. Batteries run down pretty quickly and before you know it you’ve overslept again! Great when it’s working at 100% as it really does wake me up. If they create one with a rechargeable battery I’d definitely buy it.

This is probably the most effective alarm clock I have owned. It makes cute robotic/futuristic noises while running around and spinning, almost frolicking, with delight whilst it's making you chase it. You can only deactivate it once it stops spinning so there is no quick hitting the button, be done with it, and sneaking back into bed - No, clockey gives you a run for your money! (:

Great idea, my kid loves it. The plastic casing looks and feels cheap and not sure how log it will last if it gets knocked about too much. It would be better if it was wrapped in a fur or rubber to make it look like an critter or something.

To start off with I will begin with the main problem. The clock side of this alarm clock is shady, due to it being perfect all day, it say the right time, but the in the morning at 8 o’clock it will for some reason it thinks it is 3am and does not awaken me. I have no idea what happens in the night but the clock don’t stay right.The second part of this warning and a complaint, technically is all about the alarm. If the wheels are set to move the alarm has no sound. If the alarm was just set it went off and was fine. But I did not just buy this product to have an average, non-moving alarm. Also like with the clock side, in the morning when I check what time my alarm was set for it said a random time like 11:23am.Nevertheless I am a merciful person so on the first and second morning, i just reset everything to where it should be and waited till morning. This is the third morning. None should hopefully be surprised to hear this item will be returned, and I warn you if you buy this product you will be returning too.The video shows the clock reaching an alarm and resetting its self to 12. As you can see it doesn’t move or ring. I changed the times on both the alarm and clock but it kept doing that when I check it this morning. It wasn’t doing this originally when I check it 4 days ago.SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY! IT DOESN’T WORK!

This is a fantastic alarm clock and is very useful if, like me, you struggle to get up in the mornings. It moves very easily on thin carpet or laminate flooring and can be quite unpredictable when it's moving about.Potential buyers should be warned that it is very loud and can easily disturb people in neighbouring rooms. Also the noise it makes starts so suddenly that it can easily startle you which isn't the best of ways to wake up early in the morning. However if you really struggle to wake up in the mornings and are running out of ideas to help get you up, I highly recommend this alarm clock.

Bought for an errant student to avoid missing their lectures. Brilliant fun!

This alarm has helped me so much. I had issues in the past where I would constantly sleep through my alarms and wake up panicked not knowing what time it was or how much I overslept. This alarm clock is reliable and very loud. I like that it does not have an overwhelming amount of features, just buttons to set the time, set an alarm, and turn the alarm and wheels on/off. It really took a lot of anxiety out of my mornings because now I trust that I will not sleep through my alarm.
