This is most definitely the best of the best. This pan is impressive. It far exceeds my hopes for a quality pan. It truly is everything it claims and so much more. The food fries up beautifully – without much oil. You only need a little oil or butter and the food comes out looking perfect and tasting even better. This is an excellent egg pan. I love this pan for anything non stick and not super high heat. I throw a handful of cheddar into the hot pan and cook it into a crisp i can put on my egg sandwiches. Works perfectly.
