i ordered this one specifically because it has holes all throughout it and incase my 10yr old daughter accidentally swallowed it in her sleep, i felt this would at least keep her from choking in her sleep. She has been using it for about a week now and it has helped a lot. she had been grinding her teeth together so hard it almost sounded like one of those wooden twisting bird calls. The directions were kind of annoying because they want you to go to there website to find the videos to mold the mouthguard to your teeth. but i feel this could have been simply explained on a 2 sided sheet of paper. You "Heat water to around 160F, put it in with your teeth on the lines, fold the back side first, then the front, then the corners that form, close your mouth and suck hard using your tongue to push the back to your teeth." Done. instructions really aren't hard enough to need 3-4 videos clearing everything up. But leave the videos for people that are like "why isn't this working?! i have more questions! (please see videos for better explanations.)"

No stars. Horrible. Youth can not do this. Most complicated mouth guard of all time.

So disappointed in this one. We followed the directions the video and it still wouldn’t mold correctly to my sons teeth. It hardened too quickly and would cut his gums while trying to get it fitted in his mouth. It says for youth (my son is 14) but it was definitely too bulky for his mouth. We had to throw it away.

My son is in martial arts and needed a mouthguard. The one given to him from studio was terrible, so we got another boil and fit one. Also, terrible. So back to the drawing board and found this one. The videos were SUPER helpful and easy to follow! The directions were repeated multiple times, so I knew exactly what to do when! Timers included! I liked that when I messed up, I could easily fix it and get it molded perfectly. My son went to class with new mouthguard and it was perfect. He didn’t complain during or after class. Lastly…. The company had a year-long warranty and sent a personal email with warranty details. Great customer service already!
