Great Therapy and Stress Relief Balls with Multiple Resistances I picked up this Vive set of hand therapy balls mainly for grip strengthening and stress relief, and they’ve been excellent. The set comes with four different resistance levels (from extra soft to firm), which makes it easy to progress or switch depending on what my hands need that day. The color coding is helpful, and they fit comfortably in the hand without being too big or too small. I’ve used them after long stretches at the computer to ease stiffness, and they’ve also been great for quick stress breaks—just squeezing the softer ones for a couple of minutes really helps. The texture is slightly tacky so they don’t slip, but they don’t leave any residue. I also like that they’re latex-free and don’t have any odd smell, which is sometimes a problem with cheaper stress balls. Durability has been solid so far; they bounce back to shape after repeated squeezing, and the material feels like it’ll hold up over time. The included rehab video app is a nice bonus if you want more structured exercises. Bottom line: A versatile, well-made set of squeeze balls that work equally well for therapy, grip strength, or everyday stress relief. A great value for anyone who wants a compact, effective tool for hand health.

The balls are well made. I expected them to be softer and more flexible. To be fair, a putty better served my needs. But again, these ARE a good product - and a great value.

Simple to use and very affordable. Compact with their own storage bag. Like the feel and colors. Stress relief and for exercising.

I purchased these for my husband who has Parkinson's. His tremors often start before his next medication is due. These Squeeze Balls give his hands something to do and it holds off the tremors until his next dose of medication kicks in. They also help his hand strength, which he has lost a lot of because of this disease. He really likes them and we keep one in different areas where he sits, recliner, car, etc., so he always has one available.

Bought for family member, only just had them delivered but they seem really good.

Son compactas y aparentas ser resistentes. La resistencia entre la tercera y cuarta pelota no se distingue lo suficiente. Tienen colores lindos y vienen en bolsita de tela.
