This laptop has only one M.2 slot for SSD and only 512GB SSD can be installed in this laptop, which is already preinstalled in this laptop by default and further does not has option for upgrading SSD.
Unfortunately, this laptop does not have a internal slot for internal HDD.
But you can connect any external HDD and SSD to this laptop.

This is an excellent laptop at this price. Got it for 32990 and performance is superb. You might notice warranty period in the HP assistant as earlier than your date of purchase but that's normal for HP laptops. The earlier date shown is actually the Date of Manufacture or Import of the product which HP server counts as the date of start of warranty even if the product was sold at a later date. This doesn't mean that you have got a refurbished product. This can simply be corrected by raising a warranty dispute with HP customer care and its gets easily resolved. A must buy at this price range. Hope this review helps.
