Chinese Mahjong White Tile Travel Set

The mahjongg pieces are very nice and high quality. The only thing that could be better is the bag for the pieces which is made of some sort of plastic material.

The set itself is very nice. The tiles are a good medium size - not full size, but good for playing at home and not too bulky to take to play elsewhere. The tiles feel nice and smooth, with a pleasing weight. The only downside for me is the case that the set comes in. It looks nice, but even with no damage it is very easy for the sides to open enough to allow tiles to fall out, if not carefully handled. Even easier for the instruction booklet to fall out. If you don't want to replace the case, make sure the instructions are kept under the tiles!

As a beginner I took my time looking for good quality set. I’m glad I did. Ordered and delivered with no problems at all. The set is extremely good. Size and clarity are excellent. Handbook is very helpful, checked all the pieces nothing missing or damaged. Would highly recommend.

This mahjong set arrived promptly as was as described It was a gift and my sister was very pleased with it. The tiles are bamboo and bone and the set has an authentic look and feel. It reminded us of the original mahjong set my parents brought back from the Far East in the 1950s. The only improvement would be more playing instructions.

I don't know how to play traditional Mahjong, I bought this set specifically for Mahjong Solitaire. It's a wonderful, meditative way to unplug from screens. There’s something incredibly satisfying about the 'clack' of the tiles and the focus required to clear a physical pyramid layout.

Arrived on time. We (including kids) all had fun playing this. A bit smaller for adult however didnt affect the fun we had.

Beautiful set, case feels cheep but still good.

My wife and I just came off of Cruz and used this miniature Mahjong set and it worked just great easy to carry around. It took a minute or two to get used to the smaller size but after that there was no problem. Would recommend highly if you’re looking for a travel set

Ohhhh these are so lovely and satisfying to play with. So happy wiht my purchase. I reckon we will be playing with this set for years and years.

Nouvel avis: j'adore ce mini mah jong, il est parfait pour m'entraîner à faire un choix sur une main initiale de 13 tuiles en mettant toutes les tuiles dans un petit sac en tissu et en tuant au hasard ou pour jouer en solitaire (la fameuse tortue du jeu sur ordinateur) Le support est au top et m'a bien aidé, je soupçonne que mon colis avait déjà été ouvert et rescotché avec un scotch Amazon et sans être emballé dans un plastique ce qui expliquerait les pièces manquantes. Avis initial: Un peu déçue car il est mentionné dans le description : "Accessoires De Mahjong Chinois : Ce jeu de mahjong portable comprend un jeu de trois dés, quatre supports et un indicateur de vent. Les supports mesurent 25 x 1,8 x 1,1 centimètres." Or je n'ai eu que 2 dés sur 3 et aucun indicateur de vent. J'envisage de le renvoyer. Autrement les dimensions et la description sont conformes, et je trouve le jeu magnifique. J'ai choisi un petit format de tuiles intentionnellement pour l'entraînement, je déconseille les mini tuiles pour jouer, à part au "Shanghai", la version solitaire très connue sur ordinateur où on enlève des paires. Mon seul problème est que les accessoires sont incomplets dans le produit que j'ai reçu. Il me manque 1 dé et 1 indicateur de vent. PS: J'ai contacté le support qui m'a confirmé que les éléments manquants font bien partie du produit. Ils devraient me renvoyer les éléments manquants... Update : j'ai bien reçu mon colis gratuitement. Donc je remets 5 étoiles, support au top.
