They are a great alternative to actual cider apple vinegar with mother. They keep my urticaria under control and keep me off steroids. The actual cider apple vinegar with mother works but tastes horrible. These are quite nice so are a pleasure to take. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. thanks 😃

This gummy is very tasty, can't taste any vinegar at all. The only down side is they all stick together like a big gummy ball so each time have to peel 2 off and made my fingers sticky.

I can't comment on their impact, because it hasn't been long enough to tell what that will be. However, I can comment on on appearance and taste. As others have noted, they are rather sticky, as in they stick to each other. It's a minor pain to pull them apart, but it's fine, it isn't THAT difficult. Taste? I like them. I feel like I've had a little apple sweet. Not punch you in the face apple, it's nice though. Does it have that funky sweetener aftertaste? No, not even a little bit, which is a good thing. My stomach can be rather sensitive to sweeteners, but it's perfectly fine with these. If it does what I want it to do, I will absolutely be buying more.

Great product. Curbs appetite and you don’t eat so much when you eat your evening meal. I take 2 tablets. With breakfast. Light lunch. No snacking between meals. Evening meal. No supper . Noticed weight came of immediately . Works for me . Linda Leslie.
