Such a great product and very versatile. I use it in Marinades, soups and shrimp scampi and on salmon and and and. Great clean taste. I add other herbs and spices and it always comes out great.

Almost time to reorder

Gave as a gift. My daughter enjoyed this in her cooking.

Broken, leaking, and smelled like vomit. Trash that I was not able to return or report an issue

Our local Vietnamese restaurant closed over 5 years ago and I have been looking to replicate their lemongrass chicken recipe for years. I've searched dozens of cookbooks, websites, videos, and all the recipes came up short. We grew lemongrass which I've used but that's seasonal so what to do. I found a recipe of Jamie Oliver's and another in a cookbook I got at an estate sale. I combined elements from both recipes with great success. It's not the same but it's much closer than I've ever gotten. This paste is the key and I am so grateful to have found it That dish is now a staple in our home. The adaptation from Jamie's green curry is to use a yellow onion cut into quarters and then sliced and to add a smidge of powdered sugar.

Never knew how delicious lemongrass paste could be- and this was the first one I ever tried and also the best I’ve tried.
