I started wearing this mascara back in the ‘90s while living in Germany. Bourjois is a higher end drugstore brand in Europe, and was rumored to be made by Chanel. It’s a super quality mascara at a fraction of the price of Chanel. I was thrilled a few years ago to find it available on Amazon. Probably one of the best mascaras I have ever used.
