Having medium to long hair, I've been looking for a solid shampoo and conditioner that helps my scalp but doesn't dry my hair to a barren wasteland. Both the shampoo and conditioner have natural, refreshing ingredients that feel like they wash the hair thoroughly. The shampoo doesn't foam up as you typically expect, but I believe that's due to the natural ingredients, which is a good thing, and my scalp feels clean. The conditioner is the better of the two; however, it's lightweight on the hair, and you can feel the silk-like texture once you wash it out. You can probably leave it on also. Overall, good product, price is decent too, considering the ingredients Brickell includes and is sulphate-free! If you want good hair, you should expect to pay more than the supermarket rubbish causes more damage than good over the long term.

Love this combo. Refreshing Mint and Tea Tree scent. I’ve been using these items separately for a while. Feel my hair is in much better condition after using both shampoo and conditioner for a while now. I’ve tried a number of their products too. They’re not cheap but excellent quality, so was glad to pick these up with a 20% discount on Amazon! Happy days!

You can tell just by the ingredient list that these are good products. I didn't notice much of a difference at first, but after a few weeks of using them, I noticed that my hair looked a lot shinier, healthier and fuller. It's a lovely fresh, invigorating smell which leaves you feeling clean and refreshed. It's a perfect way to start your morning or after a workout. The shampoo leaves your hair feeling clean, and is gentle enough for you to use everyday as it doesn't strip your hair of its natural oils. I use the shampoo almost everyday and my hair has never once felt or looked dry. The conditioner is amazing. Everytime I use it I can visibly see that my hair looks shinier and healthier. My only criticism of these are the packaging, as they can leak slightly out the back when you use it. They might be more expensive than drugstore products, but they last a long time - I've been using the shampoo almost everyday for the last 3 months and still have more than 1/3 left, and I've been using the conditioner mostly every other day and have roughly 2/3 left.

I have been using this product for around 2 years. I'm 65 years old and while I am not lacking hair on my head, it is thinning. I came across this in a sample set and was stuck how well it rinsed. I liked the scent, a soft men's mint certainly not overpowering and smelled natural not like a perfume. The next thing I noticed is my hair was clean. I mean CLEAN. I followed directions did the rinse repeat thing and the repeat was a rewarding overflow of rich suds. I bought the product. It is a bit pricey and with longer hair than most dudes I used it sparing but quickly found my hair properly cleaned and conditioned stayed cleaner longer and since it takes about the size of a nickel in your hand of product it lasts a surprisingly long time..around 2.5 to 3 months so the cost is actually not bad for a quality men's product. I like that it's American made as well as a men's product. I can pronounce all the natural ingredients names and with Amazon it has always been a flawless experience. The customer service team at Brickell is stellar and they do have great coupons a couple times a year but they don't work on Amazon itself. That said there are discounts on Amazon provided by Brickell itself in the price at times. I normally use a beard routine on my scruff but in a pinch or on the road to save room this product line works very smoothly and they have a beard oil that is seamless with this line. I am going to stay with this because I have tried a good number of other products and while many are adequate this works the best for me. It doesn't dry my hair out and it doesn't pull any color left and another HUGE plus is there is much less hair in the drain.
