Is there a way to disable the locks on these slides?

Hi, it can't. You can buy slides without locks

Do these also lock in the out position?

It can be locked when the drawer is completely opened or completely closed. The middle cannot be locked.

Can these be mounted horizontally instead of vertically, under the shelf/drawer?

Mostly no. I tried this even though I planned to side mount them. The biggest problem is the latch mechanism, there is no spring return, it uses gravity. So it would likely end up in the wrong position a lot and not open, or not lock once it was out. I will say though, go with the other brand that starts with a V and order directly if you can, that's what I had to do. These slide came damaged beyond repair. They are not protected at all and were dropped on the blue latch causing it to bend and destroy the latch inside.

We bought them but we use them more than a month after and we find out many of them was not good. I did a Bigger order and definitely was not happy I think we threw out five or seven pairs.

One of the slides only lasted a week. Plastic piece inside the slide broke and prevents the slide from extending out.

They worked ok. But I have less than 80lbs in the drawer, and the bearings are already shot, and will not close or open properly. A few ball bearings have already fallen out after a few months
