It’s easy to adjust on/off switch and modes once it is on. You can wear this belt anytime of day (even under your clothes). It is durable and will bend with you, sometimes I forget I have it on. After shopping around, I found this one to be the best value for your money.

My girlfriend has been using this pretty much religiously for the past few weeks and honestly I was skeptical at first, but it really does seem to work. She started noticing her core feeling tighter and stronger after just a few days of consistent use, especially during workouts and everyday movement. Within a few weeks there was a noticeable difference in muscle tone too. One important thing is making sure you put water on the sensors before using it. Once you do that, it’s basically plug and play and ready to go. Super easy setup and simple controls, so there’s really no learning curve. She likes that she can use it while relaxing at home or doing things around the house. It’s become part of her normal routine now. Build quality feels solid and the stimulation levels are easy to adjust depending on comfort. If you actually use it consistently and follow the instructions, this thing definitely seems to help with core engagement and toning. Much better than I expected going in.

Works effectively and delivers results. I appreciate its quality and that it provides excellent stomach muscle stimulation without the need to add gel or replace pads. The device is easy to use and comfortable to wear without pain, and I consider it worth the investment. Battery life has been sufficient for at least five sessions before I notice any degradation in the stimulation, and it recharges quickly. I’ve had it for four months without problems.

Wanted to wait and use it for a while before writing a review. After using it for about 6 weeks (twice a day, 5 days a week) I will honestly say this is a great addition to my normal workout routine! I have a back injury so laying down to do situps becomes painful before I get any real gains but using this device as a replacement while keeping my normal workout routine definitely yielded some results quickly! It's been a great investment towards staying in shape!

I am redoing my review. From bad to good.This is a decent product. It works like it says. Here is the rub. You need to 100% get the conductive gel. AbSonic works best. If you want to be cheap. Tap water will work. But not as good. DO NOT USE DISTILLED WATER. The belt will not work as well by itself. The gel helps the current move evenly and efficiently. You will feel it at 10. On a side note. I bought ApeBorn belt as well. It was trash and $150. Even with gel. So I'm satisfied with this one. It is Superb!! When used in conjunction with conductive gel.

Works well. Make sure to wet belt pods and skin to resist shock. But it has great potential.

Spend so much money going for slimming sessions but now I realized this great product can help me save money. It works and the strength of massage can be adjusted. Very strong massage for fast slimming. Simply love this massage belt and use it for other parts of body like wrap around shoulder to massage back and arms. Highly recommend!
