Really happy with this drying rack the natural bamboo looks clean and pairs nicely with other kitchen pieces like the natural stone drying mat I bought separate on Amazon. Easy to clean and feels well made. The extra back shelf is surprisingly useful for larger knives or small pans. I also like that you can choose which side to place the cutlery holder, which made it easier to fit our space. Golfs easily and folds flat. Simple, functional, and a nice upgrade from basic plastic or wire racks.

I really like this dish rack, it's perfect for the space I have for drying dishes. Not too tall that the cupboards overhead get in the way, nearly folds up to give back space. I just don't like those water absorbing mats it comes with. I put a diatomaceous earth, stone like water absorbing mat underneath it. I love those for anything that water leaks from, cat water dishes, mats for getting out of shower etc. but back to the drying rack, it's got perfect amount of room for cups the extra fold down side rack for extra space. It also looks nice.

I really love this bamboo dish rack — it looks beautiful on the counter, holds a lot, and the utensil holder and drying mat make it super functional. The collapsible design is convenient, and it’s easy to clean. Unfortunately, after some regular use, it’s started to come apart a bit, which is disappointing because the concept and style are great. Still, it’s a nice-looking and practical piece — just wish it held up a little better over time.

Bought this as a replacement for an old plastic drying tray we had. This elevated the look in our kitchen. The stain on the bamboo is beautiful and matches the wood work in our kitchen. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy enough to hold all kinds of glassware and ceramic dinner plates. I also like that it has a vertical compartment for drying silverware.

Not good, it's made it seems for small cups and dishes. I have difficulty placing coffee cups in the cup rack as well as the dish rack so if you are looking for a normal size rack this is not it. Although for all the major flaws it is sturdy and well made and the price was right for me,but a bit too small. I think it would fit well in a SpongeBob cartoon. Guys I'm not taking back anything I previously posted. Yes the design needs to be scaled up, but as I said the workmanship is better than the other 2 that I have had in the past. Also this company went far and above what any company has done before for me. They understood that I was not satisfied after having used their product for a while, so they refunded my money. In my opinion this company is very Honorable and a ROCKSTAR for understanding the consumer. So I encourage you to try this product for yourself and I hope it will accommodate you. We love this drying rack. It looks nice and does the job. We like the utensil container. I also appreciate that it folds down for compact storage. It lives on the counter and we use it daily. We bought this to replace an old wire drying rack. This is an upgrade!

I hate the old plastic dish. Drainers they hold hard scale water and it's hard to get them cleaned down in those little compartments. So I decided to get this and boy did I make a good decision. This thing is held up for a long time. The plates and bowls fit snugly in the slots and there's a side that folds up when you don't need it. Did I say that it holds a lot of dishes? It sure does and it has kept this beautiful collar!

Very happy with the drying rack! Looks beautiful on my counter, and is very durable!

At first, we were very happy with this item. Assembly was easy, looks great and the capacity was appropriate, especially considering the flat part. However, after just over one month of use, there is mildew that has started to build up in the bottom part. Before first use I had treated the underside and the whole rack using mineral oil, as recommended, to avoid mold. However, this did not suffice. We always keep the bottom dry and changed the drying mat often. This is very disappointing and I was lot able to find a way to contact seller for support.

Nice coloured wood finish but rubs off easily and the bamboo is thin and splintering. A bit smaller than was expecting, but looks okay and does it’s job. I conditioned it with wood oil. The mat has an overly strong odour so did not use it.
