Not anywhere near 50W equivalent
Considerably dimmer than 50W equivalent. LED wattage listed at 5W, but measures in at about 2.6W. This puts it closer to a 20W halogen bulb rather than a 50W halogen. Bulbs are also over-sized and probably won't fit many fixtures.

Great replacement bulbs for landscape halogen bulbs.
These are actually awesome replacements! Much less current draw than halogen, so you can put many more lights on your low-voltage landscape lighting legs. Just as bright and warm as the original bulbs. Totally happy.

Huge fan of LED lighting, but alas, these bulbs flicker noticeably
