Absolutely LOVE this thing. I got long hair with fairly thin strands. I was worried my hair would get tangled in a device like this but took a chance and bought it anyway. It's awesome! My hair doesn't snag or get tangled. It massages well and I really enjoy both the rounded and pointed massager sets. Looks good, easy to use and recharge. Doesn't feel cheaply made. Overall a great purchase, would buy again and highly recommend.

I've been looking at this item for many weeks thinking it was a little bit expensive and I wasn't sure. Well today it arrived and let me tell you it's definitely worth the money and more! I suffer with migraines and bad headaches which is why I bought this because somebody rubbing my head helps with the pain and this is amazing. My husband won't have to worry about having to do it now. It does not tangle long hair and I have very thick hair too. It would be nice with a slight heat built into it, but otherwise it's perfect. Good quality and very comfortable.

So unfortunately despite the claim, this product is not suitable for black hair that is either natural or blow dried (silk press). Using the product as directed, regrettably what happens is that it matts the hair from the root making it impossible to manage. As a result I could only use it on the one occasion and had to stop. I couldn't comb the hair through and ended up losing quite a bit from the roots as it was tight from the roots down to the end of the hair shaft. In terms of use, it was a nice sensation and felt quite relaxing but it is definitely not suitable for natural black hair that's blown straight.

Its small size fits perfectly in my hand, it's lightweight, and it comes with a pouch for easy travel.The built-in timer ensures I don’t need to keep track of time manually.It doesn’t tangle or pull on my hair, though I use it in stationary spots for added caution. The red light is a nice addition, although the manufacturer doesn't provide details about its strength or benefits. There’s no option to turn off the red light for those who might not want to use it. While it’s advertised as waterproof, I haven’t tested it in the shower yet. Overall, it delivers good performance and convenience at a fair price. A few small improvements, like more transparency about the red light and the option to turn it off, would make it even better.

Brilliant little massaging tool, really powerful but also comfortable, and gentle, no scratching or tangling, highly recommend.
