Great shoe, great price and great delivery!!
These are my 3rd pair of vibrams and 2nd pair of the Bikila range. They fit as expected, and are great for running. I love these shoes they have improved my running technique and this in turn has stopped the knee pain when running. I still get the odd look from people who have not seen vibrams before but I quite like that.

So light and comfortable
I prefer a more snug fit so should probably have gone one size down from what i did but these are so comfortable and lightweight. Might feel weird the first time you put them on and I am not a fan of the lacing on it but overall great shoes.

Perseverance is key.
A litter strange at first. Thought my second pair, having sent my first back because they were too small were also too small. With a little perseverance they are soon comfy. Snug but they are meant to fit like a glover. Will definitely be ordering another pair from amazon.

Great but too big
So I went off the sizing information on the Vibram website and it turns out they were too big. I measured my foot and ordered the appropriate size. Since they were my first ever pair I didn't know what to expect and so thought I'd go and try them. After a couple of runs I realised they were definitely too big as my foot was slipping around within the shoe but can't send them back because they're worn. I'm a Euro 43 and these are 44 (sorry I don't know my proper UK size anymore so can't comment on that!). So it turns out you should just get the size that you actually are!! The shoes themselves are very nice, the quality seems very good and I'll be getting more when I manage to sell these second hand. One thing though is they are exceptionally noticeable with the bright yellow sole, even more so than what it seems like on the pictures here. I'm going to find a shock black pastor next time...

Absolutely love these
I've had this shoes for a couple of years now, and they are my favourite shoes for running on the streets. I get a great feel of the ground, and it positively impacts my running form and cadence. They are annoying to put on, specially if you have crooked toes like me. This is why I dont use these exclusively anymore. But once I'm out running, these are the ones that enjoy using the most. Your feet will get wet if its wet, but on the plus side, they dry quickly as well.

VFF new user.
I purchased these for running. I've had constant injuries from running predominantly bad knees, even after trying various running shoes even trying the 'maximal' styles. I tried various things including custom orthotics. I did a lot of research on the subject and was seeing a lot of people extolling the virtues of minimalist shoes and barefoot running. So I thought I'd give these a try after doing my home work. And at the moment I've done a few short runs, I have noticed the lack of knee pain after I adjusted my running style. However I am getting muscle soreness in the calves, which was expected. So for the VFF V RUNS. Highly recommended, just enough thickness to not cause too much discomfort when running over rocks and stones but thin enough to feel the ground. When choosing the size measure your feet and refer to the Vibram website for the fitting table. I find them very comfortable but that depends what your used to. If you buy some just take you time building your mileage.

Love this product
This is my fourth pair, they were purchased initially due to me suffering from painful foot arch when using normal trainers (plantar fasciitis) They instantly provided relief. I believe the fact your toes act independently rather than a grip effect in normal trainers benefits my fitness performance immensely. They massively help you to train intentionally rather than habitually. My advice if purchasing, get a half size bigger than your normal shoe size and when putting them on press the heel section down rather than trying to slide in. Five finger socks make the shoe much easier to put on so they are worth considering. If not they tend to get a bit smelly, however I put mine in the washing machine periodically. If you do this make sure you put them in a laundry net bag as I ruined a £760 washing machine by not doing this the rubber sole has such a effective grip it grabbed between the drum and washing M/c front it buckled it…….which the warranty I found to my cost didn’t cover

Brilliant
Assuming that you've already transitioned into barefoot running, these are fantastic shoes, very light and very breathable. I've worn these on everything from tarmac to rocky trails and they grip and inspire confidence. No complaints whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend as your first pair of barefoot shoes though, as they are so light and thin, there are better zero drop options out there to ease you in

order 1/2 to 1 full size shorter than normal running shoes...meant to fit snug with no extra room
order 1/2 to 1 full size shorter than normal...meant to fit snug around foot...no extra room. lightweight and very stretchable...excellent quality all around. like wearing air as far as weight...feels like a 5 toe ankle sock on foot. very unique, but really cool

I recommend this v-run for pavement running
I recommend this v-run for pavement running. I have V-trails which are thicker for when I'm on rougher terrain or my feet are more sensitive. I have ran in KSO EVOs which are thinner and can wear down my feet faster. Ease into barefoot form walking and running.

I found that the size recommended by the website is off by a half size
I chose the Prime Wardrobe option this time around (this is the third time I have ordered these) because of the ability to "try before you buy." The sizing chart available on the Vibram website is somewhat off. I found that the size recommended by the website is off by a half size. So I ordered a size down, still too big. This last order I finally got it right. You need to measure your foot exactly from heel to big toe. A shoe measurement device (found at most shoe stores) is best but a tape measure works just as well. It's measured in inches. Now a little about comfort. They're very comfortable. I wear them almost exclusively except when I have to wash them. If you get the size just a little big (not on purpose) you can make up for this with a pair of Injinji toe socks. They're $10 for a pair but worth every penny as they last years, not months like most socks. The shoes themselves fit like gloves for your feet. I've had numerous foot problems over the years, including being born with my little toe (on both feet) curling under my fourth toe, creating blisters and hard callouses. The Vibrams eliminate this problem completely as the toes are completely separated from one another. The shoes also have built in arch supports, so if you have flat feet... This particular model has ventilation holes all throughout the front part of the shoes and the laces are the pull/loop type with a velcro fastener. I live in Phoenix, AZ and there is a bit of heat transfer from the hot concrete to the soles of your feet but nothing painful, just a slight discomfort. My favorite thing to do is to walk on rocks ground as this gives me a nice foot massage. When wearing your Vibrams for the first time you should take note of one particular thing. Your foot and lower legs muscles will ache or be quite sire. This is entirely normal as you are retraining those muscles to support your ankles. Regular shoes actually weaken your ankles over time because it's the construction of the shoe that provides the support and not your muscles. This is why when people first get home from work they usually take their shoes off first and find enormous relief, as non Vibrams are quite restrictive and don't allow the foot to spread out naturally. I work in a warehouse and walk on concrete floors for 10 hours each night. The first few nights I was sore, as I was retraining my lower leg muscles. But after wearing them consistently I have no more soreness. It's a strange sensation wearing them as you almost feel barefoot because of the thinness of the sole. But the sole is very protective and according to YouTube reviews these shoes can last upwards of five years. Basic care is hand washing or wear them in the shower and scrub them with soap and drip dry. You don't want to toss these in the dryer as the high heat can damage the glue that holds the sole to the shoe. These are the best shoes I have ever owned and I'll likely order a second pair for Winter. I'm probably going to donate all my other shoes as these Vibrams make them obsolete.
