The product delivered and I started using it but after about 10 days it's right side stop warming,as per the warranty policy of the product you are requested to send replace all ok product ASAP.Thanks.

I bought this is December 2021. It has worked well during the past 4 winters. This year I find that the heat is a little less, but that's understandable. Overall, my wife and I have been completely satisfied with the product

It is not worth to use in winter season like below 15 degree c. it's not getting more heat.
