Perfectly spicy!
These were perfect for a Chicken Tortilla Soup recipe. They added a nice kick and held up well in the crockpot.

OMG are these hot!
I use diced green chilies fairly often. I usually buy medium but when these were on special, I thought I would try the hot. Let me tell you, they are very hot. When it says hot, this is what I think of. They have a good flavor, though. Itโs not just OMG my mouth is on fire and I canโt taste anything else. The chilies are a great value and have a great flavor, but donโt expect medium heat because they truly are hot!
