on purchase of viewsonic 24 lcd monitor the monitor stopped working after 10 days sent to the service station for last 20 days and still no response..... toll free number not responding

I ordered this monitor to set up my gaming pc. The monitor looks appealing and was pretty easy to set up, however, as soon as I turned it on I noticed the display was poor. It had a lot of light bleeding from the edges and corners. I requested a replacement thinking the item I received may have been a defective piece, but boy was I wrong! The replacement had similar light bleeding issues along with a dead pixel. I'm glad Amazon helped me return this product and get a refund.
