I measured my foot by tracing it on paper keeping the pencil as upright as possible or having someone else do it. Then you measure toe to heal and consult Jackson sizing chart. Despite my concerns a 6 would fit me they actually do fit me. I have a collapse arch on the right and generally this foot is a problem. I usually buy sneakers size 7 because my foot is wide and I can’t find wide enough work boots or shoes. So if you have duck feet you can wear this skate. Just measure properly to get size based on jackson guide. I just got off the ice and put these on to try wheels out and I am quite pleased with my purchase. They do feel like they have a rocker.
