Best service support
This 5 start is specifically for the Service and Customer support team of DIGITEK. The product was received on time but when we opened the packet the light was not turning ON. We requested a replacement but it was not applicable for this item. Hence we initiated service call on DIGITEK mail id and got instant response from the team. We sent them the item to their Delhi address (yes, we paid for the courier) and they do the repair work and send back the light (yes, they paid the courier charges). The whole process was done so fast and they ware so responsive on mail. At the end, the light is working and we are happy with the DIGITEK.

Overpriced
Best, but overpriced, if you have money go for it, otherwise make your own light setup which costs almost less.

Given me deffective in one month two times issue
You have given me a defective ring light. It is a waste of money. In one month two times not working. First time I spend 300 rs for reaching your customer care which is 30 km far from my house. Again I have to go n spend Rs 300 again. Think what the cost of light will be. Don't cheat customers. Really frustrated. It's a defective ring light. Kindly replace or refund my money.

Great
Bright light. Good quality The ring light seems thin here in the pic, in real it’s pretty broad comparatively

Okok
I had purchased this ring light in 2023, and since then it is working great, the light is good, but since 2025 November just started blinking when I on the ring light, I don’t know what’s happen. It never fell off, and I kept it in the better condition.
