Sorry, but this product will not kill moss. You would need to look for a product that is clearly labelled for this purpose, unfortunately the Jeyes range does not include such a product.

Can this product any good for cleaning outside whute picnic chairs

It's more a strong disinfectant than a straight cleaner AND it has a strong disinfectant smell so I wouldn't recommend for that application.

Can this be used on artificial grass?

Jeyes is a disinfectant for garden tools,I think it would be too greasy to use on artificial grass
