When I purchased them and received them they were legitimately packaged and connected to the app and registered with Dyson warranty service. They were discontinued by Dyson and the inventory is getting liquidated - hence the low price. You can still buy replacement filters online from Dyson for $20. While they are quite heavy the build quality is insanely good.
