I used this product to secure the network cable along the base of the wall. I had to move the wireless router from the basement to the living room on the upper floor. The 3M adhesive works great, keeping the clips securely in place without any issues. The clear design is another plus, as it helps hide the clips a bit more, making everything look neat and tidy. I’m very satisfied with this product. It’s a simple yet effective solution for organizing cables and keeping them in place. Highly recommended!

While the 3M VHB tape adheres to most surfaces, the adhesive does NOT adhere to the manufacturer’s actual plastic clip very well. In about 15% of the clips the VHB tape stuck to the surface they were attached to but then came off the plastic clip itself. Manufacturer has not done anything to assure that the VHB tape sticks to their plastic. There are treatments they could have used based on 3M's documentation, but apparently, they have not used it. Cannot recommend this product as a result.

I bought these for an LED light strip I wanted to put outside that was really wide. Overall, they worked fine. My only reason for removing a start is that the surface has to be REALLY clean or they won't stick, and even if they seem to stick well initially, over the course of a summer, they started to fail and come away from the deck. I started them on the deck surface (composite deck) and had to move them to the metal railing where they stuck a bit better (cleaned with alcohol first). They will also harden over time (again, ~3 months in the summer at altitude so temps rarely were above 90F) so that if you need to readjust what they are holding (our light strip would slide out), they would instantly snap with the slightest pressure when trying to open it. I would NOT recommend for something as temporary as Christmas lights because you will have a devil of a time removing them, but then again, since I also wouldn't recommend them for long term use (as they will fail), maybe Christmas lights are fine and once they fall off, you can just replace for next year. Do they work? Technically, yes. Do they last? Absolutely not.

These clips hold strong and are easy to use to make designs. Able to hold thick LED rope and a great price.

When I ordered lights and they came with hooks and tiny screws I thought no way in heck am I using these tiny screws. I ordered this set of clips and they were so easy to put up and snap the rope light in place. Box came with 100 I used about 3/4 of them over 2 bedrooms lining the ceiling all the way around both rooms. So glad I found these clips. Well worth the money.

I've tried everything, like cleaning the surface with rubbing alcohol. And these initially stick. But it doesn't last. Seems to be some kind of ily residue on them.
