Christmas time must have. Who doesn’t love the story of Rudolph the rednosed reindeer? Perfect for Christmas Eve or to read throughout the holiday season. Quality was great, colors were perfect and granddaughter had nothing but smiles. Delivery was fast and I will be purchasing others every Christmas to collect.

Nice little traditional story.

Oldie but timeless, this little Golden Book couldn't have come at a better time for our grandson! Coincidentally, my daughter and her young family, who deliberately rarely watch TV or anything on screens, sat down with their precocious 2 1/2 year old to watch “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” on TV just a few nights before Christmas. They had to stop because of the barrage of ads that assaulted the story flow every few minutes — it was impossible for the little one to follow the story, even with his parents’ help. When he opened the Golden book we sent on Christmas morning, he was captivated — he recognized the characters, and couldn’t put it down. Mom and Dad got a kick out of it, and were happy they could still tell the beautiful story.

Great condition and the colored pages look just like the movie! I highly recommend!

Not for my granddaughter, she enjoys it

My family has a tradition of watching this movie every Christmas Eve. I am collecting little golden books for the “library” I am making for my future grandkids! This book is very sentimental to me because of our family tradition.I feel that little golden books keep children engaged. They give me a nostalgic feeling, and are really fun to collect !

I bought this as a gift for next Christmas for a new baby whose parents love Golden Books (and love Christmas). Its brand new condition was very impressive. The covers of the book had not ever been opened. The story might be a bit scary (with an Abominable Snow Monster), but I remember that some fairy stories and some of my own Little Golden Book stories scared me as a child (the Saggy Baggy Elephant being one of them). As would be expected, the monster is dealt with in this story and it has a very happy ending (with Rudolph being a hero; along with some of Santa's heroic elves). It might end up being a present for the original intended recipient's Dad, with a note saying that it's for him now and to read it to his son when he gets a bit older!

I had forgotten how good this story was. It took me back to my childhood. Got me right in the Christmasy mood!

Kids love it!

I’ve never heard this story about Rudolf.Definitely not the original British version. Not the version suitable for little children in my opinion.

Great kids loved the book

I just received the item. I am Returning this book. The quality of this book is horrible! The cover is cut unevenly and the pages stick out. The binding is done very poorly. The pictures and the paper quality are just as bad.
