Now he jumps on it most every day! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Didn't last *by M***A on October 4, 2019* Seam has come unstitched causing hooks to fly out of the mat along with propelling springs into the air and hitting a child ### ⭐ RECALL THIS PRODUCT NOW - 0 STARS *by A***R on March 17, 2022* This product is DANGEROUS and Trampoline Depot’s customer service is garbage. I purchased this trampoline may in May 2021, and within four months the fabric loops that hold the rings to connect to the springs tore when under load, causing the springs to shoot off. In September 2021 I attempted to get a picture of the trampoline so that I could request a refund, and when I did my 80lb dog jumped onto it and one of the springs shot off and hit me right in my stomach (I was 8 months pregnant). I spent all day being monitored because that classified as major abdominal trauma and sent me into contractions. Trampoline Depot refused to give me a refund, said the damage must have been from the sun (in 4 months?), and said all they could do is send a replacement. I didn’t even want the replacement because of how obviously flawed the first one was, but they never sent it. I’ve reached out several times, and it’s been on “back order” since December of 2021.
