No pain 4 feet
Began using Viscoped inserts 20 years ago after developing plantar fasciatis in my feet, from daily running. They did not cure the pain but they have kept it from coming back ever since.

This product is too thick for any shoe. I tried. Also the surface is extremely sticky like superglue so good luck putting them in your shoe in a timely manner or removing them. I tried to get a refund. It did not go so good. My advice is do not buy these.

Bauerfeind ViscoPed S Insoles
These are great inserts. I have used them for the last 5+ years and due to adding a brace on my left foot, I needed a larger size.

Difficult to use, so I don't know if they work
I found them to be unusable. The material, which is designed to provide great cushioning, also makes it very difficult to insert your foot into one's shoe. After not being able to use them, and not wearing them, I wound up being out of town, lost track of time, and managed to miss my window to return them, which makes me dislike them even more. They are unworn, brand new, and I can't use them.
