Works!
Seems to be working well! My enamel was really soft and sickly looking. But I made the following changes while adding the tooth paste and my teeth actually look pearly polished instead matte, yellow and textured. 1. If you must drink soda/coffee/tea, drink it through a straw. 2. Don’t have acidic drinks continuously all day but leave hour+ inbetween to allow enamel to harden after acidity exposure. 3. Don’t brush teeth for 30-60mins after acidic foods (coffee, juices, soda, tomato sauce etc). Allow enamel to harden before brushing. 4. Swish with water after having acidic foods/drinks or anything with “citric acid” Then using this toothpaste will have the maximum effect.
