Warm enough
Haven't worn it very, very cold weather, but it covers head and ears nicely and the wool should work well in cold weather. I have a small head (21 inch circumference) and this is ever so slightly big, but it works. The purple color is gorgeous. I am going to buy the teal as well. Nice quality.

A classic
This is the classic French beret style. The color is beautiful, and the wool is nice and smooth. Because it is wool, it does have a little give to it, so I think if it were a bit tight for you, you could stretch it a bit to give yourself more room.

I will have to update this review after wearing the hat but I tried it on right away after receiving it. The thing is just so stinking cute!!! I purchased the pink which is a nice mauvy type pink. I'm a hat girl but this is my first of this style. I wish I could wear hats to work because this would be on tomorrow! I have a big head and it fits well. Not too snug but fits well enough not to slip. It will be great for travel because it's so easy to fold. Totally packable! It feels like wool but there's no tag and I didn't read the description 🙄. It doesn't feel scratchy on at all. I haven't worn but only tried it on. When you wear a hat all day and don't notice it, then it's really good. I'll report back only if it starts to bother me after wearing it for a few hours. But all in all, for the price, this hat is super CUTE!! If you're a snappy dresser you'll like it!

Smaller than most
Quality of the hat is pretty good. Soft and durable. However, it runs small. I’ve purchased several berets but this by far is the most snug

A Beautiful Beret That Matches Everything
Sewed beige boa around this pretty beret and I love it for its softness, thickness, sturdiness and warmth! Very reasonable price for a garment I will get plenty of use out of, because it goes with everything!!! Not lined.
