Okay for basic training
Quality awesome 👍😎 but after loading weight it Fully pulls your thumb 👎 cannot give grip support from our other fingers... This actually trains our inner forearms... But the design is stressing on our thumb making it difficult to train.

The belt is thin and cuts into the hand with even moderately heavy weights. Better off using a martial arts belt.

Rips skin off. Fabric is not skin friendly.
Problems - fabric isn't good. It reddens my hand and a few times while lifting heavy, some of my skin came off. I bought a karate belt instead. It is much more skin friendly and versatile allowing me to lift heavy too.
