What is it made of? Wool, Cotton or Synthetics?

It is a synthetic/cotton mix. It is quite thin but feels warm and soft. Ideal for a two seater sofa.

Is this throw double sided, or is the pattern only of good quality on one side?

The throw is reverse on the other side. It's really lovely both sides. I have it over my leather sofa and it's looks very rich. Highly recommend. Ive washed it a number of times and its been fine
