A: Hi! This one is ideal for industrial or janitorial applications. Very neutral and effective against strong or bad odors.

**Q: If you don’t keep smoking in the area or room does the odour neutralise the smell permanently**
A: No it will not, the smell will be ingrained in the fabrics etc - depending how long the area has been smoked in. Things like this only really mask the smell.

**Q: Is the item a complete neutralizer of cigarette smoke smell?**
A: Yes, I use it all the time. Check the spray first with one short burst. I have bought a few with one faulty. Their customer service was excellent. Hope this helps.
