GREAT for Night Sweats!!
I'm so HAPPY I found this tincture. I take it 3 times a day in 2oz of water to help control my night sweats. It says to take it on an empty stomach, but it gives me an upset stomach. So I take AFTER I eat & have no issues!! If I miss a dose, I'M SCREWED!!! I take this with other supplements & a progesterone oil & so far they are all working to control my symptoms. I will continue to buy this as needed.

No more hot Flashes
I actually recommend this to every woman in peri or menopause! it makes my hot flashes go away, and stay away. I ran out and was fine for several months, but you know... Mother nature doesn't take breaks for long. Hot flashes came back with a vengeance! a couple of days taking this and the are gone! I will for ever recommend this product!

Works for me
I use this product a couple times a day to help balance out my hormones. I’m 49 so whether it’s placebo effect or really works, I notice a difference. The taste isn’t horrible, I just add to a shot of water and take it that way. I like this product better than the creams out there. I plan on buying again.

The best thing for woman
I have pcos so my cycle is so bad! I been taking this for bout a year now and it has helped. My flow is only heavy for 2-3 days the rest I’m just spotting. It has helped so much!!! Smell and taste not bad I still take it with lemon juice. I recommend for all woman!!

Saved me!!! I had been bleeding for about two months, I took this the day I got it and a few HOURS later it had mostly stopped I have only done one dose a day for three days and it is completely gone. I think the taste is nice and sweet 🧁
